When you use our site visit form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: your phone number, site postcode, and details of your project, budget and timing.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our email. If your project goes ahead, we may share relevant details with specialists working on it, such as a structural engineer, or with the local planning authority or Building Control as part of an application. We only share what is needed.
If you do not go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we need them for legal, insurance and warranty purposes.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
